Money Back Guarantee
Every customer that commits to Fastest Exit for their timeshare release receives a commitment from us in return. The customer is obligated to provide us with needed information in a timely manner and we are obligated to honor our money-back guarantee.
Fastest Exit guarantees if our customers do not obtain a timeshare cancellation within 365 days, customers shall receive a full refund of the total sum paid to Fastest Exit. Fastest Exit’s guarantee obligations are met when a timeshare cancellation is obtained. Fastest Exit’s guarantee obligations are met when Fastest Exit obtains a timeshare cancellation even if the owner does not accept the terms of the cancellation.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can ask for a refund. However, we must not have started the timeshare exit process.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- No timeshare exit has been obtained after 365 days.
- The timeshare exit process must not have been started before the 365-day deadline.
If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
